Duan rescues PFA

   PFA    1-1   Kerma FC
Duan

Duan’s goal secured a draw for PFA as they played out 1-1 draw with Kerma FC at Padang Kecil on Sunday afternoon. Bebek went close to break the deadlock after a well-worked move, quick throw-in by Daniel to Ninak, squared the ball but Bebek squandered the chance.

PFA then were left to rue that chance when Kerma then took the lead a minute after, against the run of play from goal-kick, smacking the crossbar and went past Adid. Adid had the chance to level the score when Daniel had been brought down in the penalty box but his spot kick was denied by the goalkeeper.

The leveler did finally arrive in the second period when Duan tapped home from close range to an empty net following Ninak’s long range pass. Both sides dominated the final stages as they went in search of a winner, but the sustained spell of pressure couldn’t yield another goal and they were forced to  settle for a draw.

PFA scrape narrow win

   PFA    1-0   Pandan 11
Daniel

PFA retained the 3-match unbeaten run with a fine strike by Daniel enough to beat the talented youngsters in Pandan 11. The striker was used to start as right-back as Hj Azeem and Alfie lead the front line with Ninak and Japni made up the midfield.

The only goal came when Ipin drove into the left flank before feeding a cross to pick out the over-lapping Daniel as he fire a low-volley into the far corner went past Cheng. Both sides spurned the chances to get on the score sheet but the most decisive was almost certainly Pandan 11's 1-on-1 miss.

Pandan 11 thought they had leveled when their striker snuck in behind PFA's defence and raced towards goal but he could only poke wide. PFA had a couple of set-piece opportunities in a dangerous position but failed to capitalize.

Came the second period, PFA were forced to endure a spell without possession as Pandan 11 dominated the half without making the most of their chances. Haikal then had a great chance to score when he smacked the right post as Pandan 11 sought a deserved equalizer. PFA then were able to hang on to defeat Pandan 11 as the fulltime score 1-0.

PFA gunned down Bomba Shell

   PFA    3-0 Bomba Shell
Qayum
Dillah
Japni

PFA powered their way to a 3-0 victory over Bomba Shell at BSRC thanks to goals from midfield trio Qayyum, Dillah and Japni. PFA dominated possession in the opening stages as they pinned Bomba Shell onto their own half.

As time went on, PFA’s early dominance subsided but they were still looking lively in the final third and the final ball lacked quality on a number of occasions. They were left to rue couple of missed opportunities as they head to halftime 0-0.

Bomba Shell could have taken the lead in the second period when they’ve been awarded a penalty after a foul from Madeli but they squandered the chance as the spot kick went wide. The seemingly inevitable opener came after 10 minutes when Daniel sliced open the Bomba Shell’s defence to find Qayum who rifle home from 10 yards.

Bomba Shell had been given a second penalty after a defensive mix-up inside the box forced JJ to made contact on their player but thanks to Adid as he heroically pulled off a save to deny the second penalty of the game.

PFA moved up 2-0 with 15 minutes to go through Dillah as he slotted home from close range after a run and right-wing cross from David. Any hopes of Bomba Shell had of a comeback were extinguished moments later when a brilliant placing shot from Japni killed off the match.
