PFA mark first win for 2012

A lively first period saw PFA led 2-0 by half-time. Goals from Bebek and Fizu put the team on the driving seat with a solid and compose team performance from the back four to the front two. PFA could and should have scored more with Ermin missed penalty, Daniel’s first timer hit the post, Bebek’s strike off the post.

HRF goalkeeper prevented  the first goal  when he saved Ermin penalty which had  been awarded following a foul  on Daniel inside the box after he cheekily sneaked through past the defender. It took just few minutes for PFA to slice open the HRF rearguard when an inspired individual display by Daniel run through past two defenders from the middle find Bebek through and he subsequently lashed a powered shot past the goalkeeper.

Fizu added the second  from an unlikely source after he had taken a corner kick whipping swerve into the net exposed the HRF’s lack of concentration. The game ended 2-0 at halftime. There were heaps of chances for the both side in the second period. Hafiz missed quite a few of glorious chances to make the score line more flattering but it was not meant to be as the game went on 2-0 until full time.

PFA 2011 Top Scorer

PFA would like to congratulate Bebek after being named the Top Scorer for PFA in the year 2011 with 13 goals and the top score chart will now be reset to a brand new mark.

PFA memulakan perlawanan pertama mereka untuk tahun 2012 dengan kekalahan teruk apabila dijinakkan oleh Team Dutch dengan jaringan 5-1. Pada separuh masa pertama, PFA berjaya mendahului permainan yang dijaringkan oleh Qayum dengan sepakan tajam beliau hasil bantuan hantaran cantik daripada ninak dari jarak jauh. Kedua-dua pasukan bermain dengan hati-hati namun Team Dutch berjaya mendapatkan satu gol berharga pada minit-minit kecederaan separuh masa pertama hasil daripada sepakan percuma dan kelalaian pertahanan PFA membawa padah.

Pada separuh masa kedua pula semakin sukar untuk PFA mengatur serangan dan Team Dutch mengambil kesempatan untuk mengasak dan menguasai permainan. Penyerang PFA Hj. Azim dan Fizu seringkali mempunyai peluang untuk sekurang-kurangnya menyamakan kedudukan namun tidak digunakan sebaik mungkin. Serangan demi serangan daripada Team Dutch akhirnya berjaya membolosi pintu gawang PFA sehingga 4 kali. Walaubagaimanapun, kesemua pemain PFA menunjukkan semangat permainan yang baik mungkin juga kerana ini merupakan perlawanan pertama mereka bagi tahun 2012. Keputusan penuh, Team Dutch 5 PFA 1.
